Are the prices on this page final?
They are starting points. After a free audit we confirm scope (tools, volume, approvals) and send a written quote before any invoice.
Do you charge per message or per agent seat?
No seats. The pilot is fixed-scope. Monthly AgentOps is a retainer for one live loop with a fair-use run allowance. We don’t silently meter surprise “action” overages like many DIY platforms.
Won’t AI tokens make costs explode?
Not if we stay inside scope. We set monthly run caps, alert early, and only add top-ups with your written OK. Details: AI fair use & limits.
What if the pilot doesn’t hit the metric?
We agree the success metric before build. The improvement review decides whether to continue into monthly ops, adjust the job, or stop—your call.
Can we pay monthly only, without a pilot?
Not usually. The pilot establishes the job design, controls and baseline. Monthly ops assumes that foundation exists.
What currency do you invoice in?
Quotes are commonly in USD. Other currencies can be arranged— ask on the booking form.
