Acceptable use policy
Rules for website demos and for live agent workflows we run with you.
Allowed
- Exploring demos with fictional or non-sensitive examples
- Submitting honest business enquiries
- Using live agents within the job, tools and approval rules in your statement of work
Not allowed
- Illegal activity, fraud, harassment or abuse
- Uploading malware or attempting unauthorized access
- Using agents to bypass human approvals required by your own policies
- Processing highly regulated data (e.g. unredacted health/payment secrets) unless explicitly scoped and controlled in writing
- Reselling our service or demos without permission
- Prompt patterns intended to extract system secrets or attack third-party systems
Enforcement
We may suspend demos, refuse an engagement, or pause a live loop if use risks harm, abuse or unbounded cost. See also AI fair use & limits.
