These terms cover use of this website. Paid pilots and AgentOps are governed by a written quote or statement of work.
1. Website use
You may browse this site, try public demos and submit enquiries for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape at abusive volume, or misuse forms for spam.
2. No professional advice on the marketing site
Case studies, demos and copy are illustrative. They are not legal, medical, financial or compliance advice. Live agents are scoped per engagement and must not be used outside agreed permissions.
3. Demos are samples
Demo agents use fictional data. Do not enter real secrets, patient data, payment card numbers or confidential credentials into public demos.
4. Service engagements
Starting prices on the pricing page are indicative. A binding engagement begins only when both parties accept a written statement of work (scope, fees, metric, limits). Usage of AI models in production is subject to AI fair use & limits.
5. Intellectual property
Site content, branding and demo scripts belong to Agents on Loop or its licensors. Customer business data remains the customer’s. Deliverables ownership is defined in the statement of work.
6. Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use. For paid services, liability caps are stated in the statement of work.
