Privacy policy
We use personal information to respond to enquiries and deliver managed agent services. We do not sell personal information.
1. Who we are
“Agents on Loop” operates agentsonloop.com. Contact: contact@agentsonloop.com.
2. Information we collect
- Contact & sales forms — name, work email, business details, workflow descriptions, tools, and optional plan interest.
- Project delivery — information you provide to design and run a pilot or AgentOps retainer (which may include business data from connected tools, under your instructions).
- Technical logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps from our hosting provider for security and delivery.
- Browser-only demos — checklist and Mission Control preview data stay in your browser (localStorage) unless you separately submit a form.
3. How we use information
- Respond to enquiries and prepare proposals
- Deliver pilots, AgentOps and support
- Improve service quality and security
- Meet legal and accounting obligations
4. Processors & third parties
Website forms may be delivered via FormSubmit. Hosting may be provided by Hostinger. Model providers may process prompts and outputs when a live customer workflow uses AI—only as needed to run your agreed loop, subject to our AI fair use & limits and your statement of work.
5. Interactive demos on this website
Public demos use fictional sample data. Demo chat is processed in your browser with local logic. Optional third-party LLM calls are off by default and are not required for normal demo use.
6. Retention
Enquiry emails are kept as long as needed for sales follow-up and records. Project data retention is defined in your statement of work. You may request deletion of enquiry data where we are not required to keep it by law.
7. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls appropriate to a small services firm, and AgentOps practices (approvals, audit trails) on live customer workflows. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

9. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date will change.
