Our delivery method

Small start. Clear controls. Measurable expansion.

We combine business analysis, UX thinking and technical implementation so the agent fits the work—not the other way around.

Four steps

From messy workflow to live loop.

Each step has a clear artifact—so you always know what “done” means.

Mapping a recurring workflow on a glass wall

01

Find the loop

Pick recurring work with volume, rules and a measurable outcome.

Designing an agent job and approval flowchart

02

Design the job

Define tools, permissions, approvals, escalations and the human UX.

Team testing connected agent systems on laptops

03

Connect & test

Wire the minimum systems and validate edge cases with your team.

Monitoring agent operations on a dashboard

04

Run & improve

Watch the metric, tighten the loop, then expand when stable.

1. Find the loop

We look for recurring work with meaningful volume, digital inputs, recognizable rules and an outcome you can measure. The best first agent is rarely the most ambitious idea; it is the workflow where a reliable improvement will be visible quickly.

What we map

  • Trigger and expected outcome
  • People, tools and information involved
  • Decision points and exceptions
  • Current time, delay, error or lost-opportunity cost

2. Design the job

The agent receives a job description: what it owns, what it can access, what actions it may take, what requires approval and when it must escalate. We design the human experience alongside the automation.

3. Connect and test

We connect the minimum necessary systems and test normal cases, incomplete data, conflicting instructions, risky actions and failure recovery. Your team reviews the results before the workflow is trusted with live work.

4. Run and improve

Agent operations are monitored through outputs, errors, approvals and business outcomes. The loop is tightened using real evidence, then expanded only when the first job is stable.

Safety & governance

Control is part of the product.

Autonomy should be earned by risk level. Read-only work and draft preparation can often run freely; communications, record changes and financial or sensitive actions may require approval.

Every workflow defines

  • Approved data and tools
  • Actions the agent may take
  • Approval thresholds
  • Escalation owners

Every launch validates

  • Normal and edge cases
  • Permission boundaries
  • Logs and traceability
  • Fallback and recovery

What success can look like

Measures depend on the job: response time, follow-up completion, handling time, backlog, data completeness, appointment conversion, exception rate or hours returned to the team. We agree the measure before the build.

First engagement

Start with the First Workflow Pilot.

The pilot packages this method into one controlled engagement: audit, job design, tool connections, AgentOps controls, test, launch and improvement review.

Bring the messy version.

We will help turn it into a clear, controlled workflow.
